best of the lot, for application to daily life, probably

Laura Day's books on intuition are useful. This one has a lot of exercises. Now some people dismiss intuition as "airy-fairy". I got my introduction to the need for intuition in the military, which teaches this very effectively- you get a lot of pain, or even killed, if you don't use it. That is totally aside from the remote viewer stuff. I like her approach to teaching intuition, it is very practical. Navigating by Intuition: How to Follow The Signs, The Intuitive Way: The Definitive Guide to Increasing Your Awareness, and Integrated Intuition: A Comprehensive Guide to Psychic Development are also out there. When I first learned to knap flint, I saw pages and pages of how-to, with diagrams, etc., it seemed like the most difficult thing there could be. Then I was in a class- and had a workable arrowhead in 5 minutes. You just do it! Leap in, and do it! What does your bedroom look like? A picture came to mind. You successfully mastered intuition, and remove viewing! Yes, it's that easy, as long as you don't block it. Laura says this pretty well.

Honest with you, I do imitate what she wrote here, how to find the lost object, it is totally work fine.
Very recently found the SD card inside of a paper back, and my husband car key was in a bucket in a garage one time, find a small work to suggest to put a pair of shoes, if feel agree with her some how, it might work for you too.

Loved it! Practical and Useful

This book was great! I loved doing the exercises and learning more about how *my* intuition works. At last, a book that has down-to-earth, simple and useful exercises that anyone can follow. If you understand in advance that many, if not most, of the exercises are 'blind readings' about questions you've already written down, this can be a helpful fact to keep you on track. Trust that Laura Day knows what she's about and just do it.
